Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Your orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, then will take 6-15 days to be delivered worldwide.

WHERE DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS FROM?

We hold inventory of our products in the UK, Germany and Asia. Occasionally if a location's inventory is out of stock, we will dispatch your order from another country's warehouse to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible!

All customs fees and clearance will be paid for prior to dispatch by Lula so don't worry, you do not have to pay any fees! Our delivery worldwide from any country is only around 7 days, but in rare cases it could take up to 15 days.
